Quality Matters

At Pirin Dreams, our homes are thoughtfully designed and built using carefully selected, high-quality materials to ensure exceptional comfort, durability, and energy efficiency. Please find the construction and materials details on the right.

  • ​​Construction: Solid monolithic structure

  • Masonry: Porotherm Wienerberger red brick

  • Roof: TONDACH (Wienerberger) roofing system

  • Windows: Salamander six-chamber PVC profile with triple-glazed units (K-glass, four-season glass, white) – 44 mm, with anti-burglary fittings and micro-ventilation

  • Façade: Baumit thermal insulation system, 15 cm thick

  • HVAC: Daikin heat pump – 16 kW, with additional 3+3 kW electric heater, Wi-Fi control, providing both heating and cooling, with underfloor convectors and built-in underfloor heating. Domestic hot water is supplied by a 300-liter boiler with two coils (the second connected to a rooftop solar system).

  • Water Supply: Individual water meter, connected to the central water supply

  • Electrical Installation: Three-phase system with an individual electricity meter, pre-installed wiring for CCTV and security system, fiber-optic cabling for internet and TV
